Job summary

Redstone Residential is seeking a Leasing Specialist to support day-to-day leasing and administrative operations for the community in Indiana. You will assist residents and prospects with rent payments, questions, and onboarding, contributing to KPI goals and resident experiences.

The role requires 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience, familiarity with Entrata Software or PM software is a plus, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience required.
• Experience with Entrata Software or familiarity with PM software is a plus.
• Ability to remain calm and collected in high-stress situations.
• Enjoy and take pride in providing excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents and prospects with daily needs (rent payments, ledger questions, etc.).
• Demonstrate exemplary customer service and teamwork.
• Work with the team to reach daily and weekly leasing goals.
• Maintain knowledge of community operations to respond to inquiries quickly.
• Collaborate with staff in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
