Job summary

Redstone Residential is seeking a Leasing Specialist to support day-to-day leasing and administrative operations across communities. You will assist residents and prospects, handle rent payments and inquiries, and help the team reach KPI targets in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer service or sales, are comfortable with PM software such as Entrata, and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor. A high school diploma is required and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• familiarity with Entrata Software or PM software is a plus.
• Ability to stay calm in high-stress situations.
• Warm, friendly demeanor with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents and prospects with daily needs (payments, ledger questions).
• Provide exemplary customer service and teamwork.
