Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• One year of sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to residents and clients.
• Process lease documentation, move-in paperwork, and renewal paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic and leasing activity.
• Generate weekly leasing reports and respond to inquiries promptly.
