Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Agent to coordinate leasing, marketing, and renewal strategies across a community in San Antonio. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure a smooth move-in while maintaining occupancy and revenue goals.

You will stay informed about market conditions, execute marketing plans, and leverage on-site software like OneSite and Yardi to manage data, leases, and show units.

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments, process applications and screenings, prepare leases and move-in packages.
• Ensure show units are move-in ready and coordinate with maintenance to address items.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic using online tools and referrals.
• Track availability and prospect data using on-site software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.).
• Follow up with prospects and residents to improve satisfaction and lease renewals.
• Support lease renewal processes with timely renewal letters and packages.
