Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Agent to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure smooth move-ins while maintaining resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include inspecting units, implementing marketing plans, and using OneSite and Yardi for data tracking. You will handle renewals and respond promptly to resident needs.

Qualifications

• Leads leasing and marketing activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Strong customer service and communication to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Ability to analyze market conditions and adjust plans accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and screenings.
• Ensure move-in readiness and coordinate maintenance for each unit.
• Develop and execute short/long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy goals.
• Drive traffic via internet marketing and referrals, follow community marketing plans.
• Use property software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Prepare renewal letters and packages, coordinate with renewing residents.
