Job summary

Greystar is seeking an on-site property marketing and leasing leader in San Antonio to drive revenue, occupancy, and resident retention through strategic marketing, competitive pricing, and proactive leasing activities.

You will oversee leasing teams, coordinate with maintenance, analyze reports, and implement creative strategies to maximize traffic and leases while ensuring resident satisfaction and program compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing marketing, advertising and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Ability to develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Experience presenting leasing strategies and results to clients, owners, and managers.

Responsibilities

• Direct the community’s marketing, advertising and sales activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Develop and implement pricing, concessions, and advertising strategies to boost traffic and leases.
• Create and monitor on-site campaigns, model units, and merchandising to improve marketability.
• Supervise leasing staff, hire/train employees, and manage performance per company policy.
• Assist with move-ins, lease documentation, and renewal programs by communicating with residents.
