Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Leasing Consultant to manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. You will regularly attend onsite operations, greet and qualify prospective residents, tour the community, and sign leases.

You will also handle paperwork, turn processes, and maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data. Responsibilities include using established sales strategies to increase traffic and achieve leasing goals, providing excellent customer service,

Qualifications

• On-site software functions experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required (MS Office, property management tools).
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet and qualify tour prospects.
• Handle leasing paperwork and documentation prior to move-in.
• Maintain accurate leasing data, respond to leads within 24 hours, and support marketing efforts.
• Assist with lease audits, unit turns, and market surveys to improve traffic and closing ratios.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve resident concerns to support retention.
• Assist in implementing resident retention programs and maintain office cleanliness.
