Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. The role requires regular on-site attendance, greeting and qualifying prospective residents, tours, and lease signings.

You will handle leasing paperwork, maintain data, and respond to leads within 24 hours. Responsibilities include assisting with lease audits, resident retention programs, and coordinating market surveys to improve traffic and closing ratios.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Property Leasing and Administration.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Close sales including appointments, tours, follow-ups, and paperwork.
• Maintain leasing data and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Assist in implementing annual marketing plan outreach.
• Ensure resident satisfaction and handle complaints professionally.
