Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing professional to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies and to drive occupancy and revenue goals.

You will conduct tours, process applications, and manage move-in readiness while using OneSite or Yardi to track data and leasing activities. The role requires proactive follow-up with prospects and renewals, and collaboration with maintenance and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies.
• Proven ability to greet, qualify prospects, and close lease decisions.
• Ability to use property management software to track activity and data.

Responsibilities

• Leads leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Inspects units and coordinates move-in readiness with maintenance.
• Develops short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Drives traffic via online and on-site marketing programs.
• Follows up with prospects and renewals to secure leases.
• Supports lease renewal communications and processing.
