Job summary

Equity Real Estate Management is seeking a leasing professional to optimize occupancy, lease units, and drive renewal rates across residential properties. You will conduct property tours, present amenities, and convert prospects into residents while maintaining a high standard of service.

You will work with site staff on sales and marketing strategies, handle inquiries, process rental paperwork accurately, and ensure move-in readiness.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write English fluently (Spanish or other language abilities may be required).
• Excellent communication skills, in person and on telephone.

Responsibilities

• Optimize occupancy by leasing units and maximize an effective lease renewal program for existing residents.
• Lease units by aggressively selling the products and services of the property.
• Conduct site tours and demonstrate property amenities, model apartments and available apartments.
• Handle telephone inquiries and conduct follow-up communications to prospects from site visits and inquiries.
• Work with property staff to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
• Maintain property knowledge and monitor competition through site visits/tours and surveys.
