Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service background sufficient to manage the day-to-day operation of an apartment community.
• Advanced Skills: Communication, Presentation, and Delivery Skills with ability to connect to people at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities in person to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting prospects, conducting property tours, processing applications, and ensuring smooth move-in and lease signing.
• Designs and executes offsite marketing activities to drive traffic, including referrals, employer outreach, and social media.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret market trends to recommend improvements and stay informed of industry standards.
• Lease enforcement including inspections, evictions, collections, and notices as outlined in lease agreements.
• Follow-up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and timely lease renewals.
