A strong customer service background and attention to detail are essential. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with property management tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata/Yardi and/or One Site) is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Execute leasing, marketing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet prospects, tour properties, process applications, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Coordinate offsite marketing and referral programs to drive traffic to the property.
• Monitor market trends and adjust marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
