Bigos Management, Inc. is hiring Leasing Consultants for Willow Creek in Plymouth, MN. You will handle calls, tours, and lease processing to drive occupancy and tenant satisfaction. Friendly, professional communication is essential.

Responsibilities include qualifying prospects, coordinating move-ins, and supporting renewal activity. This on-site role requires strong organization and willingness to participate in trainings and team events.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years customer service and/or sales experience required.
• Previous leasing experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Answer incoming phone inquiries regarding available apartments. Provide all information requested and encourage the prospect to schedule an appointment to visit the property.
• When a prospect visits the property, provide them with a tour of available apartments that meet their needs.
• Inform the prospect on the advantages of renting from Bigos Management.
• Maintain working knowledge of the competition in the area by using public information only.
• Follow-up with prospects by telephone who have not made a decision and continue to sell the property.
• Qualify all prospective renters using company-approved procedures.
• Move-in new renters, discuss lease terms, and conduct move-in inspections; conduct move-out inspections.
• Follow-up with residents on renewal of their lease.
• Attend required trainings and meetings.
• Inspect vacant apartments and perform light cleaning to keep rent-ready condition.
