The Doran Group is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Minnesota to drive occupancy and revenue through tours, sales, and marketing across on-site communities. You will engage prospects, show apartments, explain leasing terms, and build strong relationships with residents to support retention.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2 years of leasing experience with demonstrated sales ability required.
• Previous lease-up experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides tours of the apartment community to potential residents for leasing.
• Guides prospective residents through the leasing process from inquiry to move-in.
• Maintains accurate records of traffic and enters data daily.
• Prepares and executes leases and renewals.
• Performs market surveys to ensure competitive pricing.
• Conducts online marketing and social media outreach to generate leads.
• Completes reports for management as directed.
• Assists residents with questions, maintenance requests, and rent payments.
