Job summary

Peak Living in Minnesota is seeking a Leasing Specialist to join our on-site team. You will support customer service and leasing duties, including greeting prospective residents, gathering information, setting appointments, showing units, generating quotes, and assisting with rental applications.

You will prepare all paperwork for new and renewal leases, insert approved renewal rates, deliver renewal letters, review resident files for balances, and contribute to retention efforts through

Qualifications

Onsite Leasing Consultant experience in multifamily housing preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service and leasing duties: greet prospects, gather information, set appointments, show units, and process applications.
Prepare paperwork for new and renewal leases.
Insert renewal rates and deliver renewal letters to secure renewals.
Review resident files for unpaid balances, collect delinquencies, and enforce lease terms.
Assist Community Manager with resident activities, newsletters, and retention efforts.
