Bigos Management Inc. in Saint Louis Park, MN is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to drive apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals. The role interacts with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and deliver a smooth leasing experience.

Responsibilities include giving property tours, qualifying prospects, completing lease documentation, coordinating move-ins and inspections, and supporting an employee-first culture with strong communication and organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience.
• Previous leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone inquiries about available apartments and encourage scheduling visits.
• Provide tours of available apartments that meet prospects' needs.
• Inform prospects on the advantages of renting from Bigos Management.
• Qualify all prospective renters using company approved procedures.
• Move-in new renters, discuss lease rules, and conduct move-in inspections; manage move-outs.
• Follow up with residents on lease renewals and attend trainings and meetings.
• Inspect vacant apartments and perform light cleaning to maintain rent-ready condition.
