You will handle tours, inquiries, move-ins, and renewals, while coordinating marketing, events, and technology to meet occupancy goals. The job requires a flexible schedule, weekend and evening availability, and ability to balance desk work with on-site tours and inspections.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment leasing experience and solid resident relations
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays
• Comfort balancing desk work with on-foot community tours and inspections

Responsibilities

• Lease from first contact to move-in and coordinate seamless move-ins.
• Conduct move-in/move-out inspections and renewals; track occupancy and evictions as required.
• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing and applicable regulations while ensuring a best-in-class resident experience
