Bigos Management Inc. in Golden Valley, MN, is seeking a Leasing Support Specialist to help drive occupancy and superior resident service. This on-site role supports properties with leasing challenges, maintains CRM records, and coordinates with Inside Sales and marketing teams to optimize conversions.

The ideal candidate has a BA/BS in a related field and at least 3 years in multi-family leasing or sales, with strong English communication and travel flexibility. Hybrid work option available.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Real Estate, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in multi-family leasing, operations, or B2C sales.
• Experience with MS Office; Yardi preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary leasing consultant at assigned properties, showing apartments, processing applications, and conducting lease signings.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of prospect interactions and leasing status.
• Follow up with prospective residents to maintain high service levels and engagement.
• Collaborate with Marketing to gather content for social media and branding campaigns.
• Travel to different properties as needed to provide leasing support.
