Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment leasing experience.
• Solid foundation in resident relations and property financials including rent collection, payment processing, and account management.
• Flexible schedule — including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Comfortable balancing desk work with being on your feet, touring the community and using standard office tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional resident experience and ensure the community is well-maintained and tour-ready.
• Drive leasing success from first contact to move-in with effective marketing and resident events.
• Oversee day-to-day operations including inspections, renewals, and occupancy tracking while ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Manage rent collection and financials, building relationships with residents to encourage renewals.
