Job summary

Greystar, Olivette area, is seeking a leasing coordinator to drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction. You will lead leasing activities, conduct tours, process applications, and execute renewal offers to maximize occupancy and lease renewals.

Responsibilities include marketing, data tracking in OneSite/Yardi, showing units, and maintaining show-ready spaces. Travel may be required to support properties, with a focus on service quality and timely lease signings.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and resident move-ins.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to perform credit screening and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and ensures readiness.
• Develops marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follows policies on concessions.
• Designs and executes marketing activities to drive traffic to the community.
• Uses OneSite or Yardi to track availability and leasing activities.
• Ensures show units meet company standards and are ready for tours.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to finalize leases or renewals.
• Supports lease renewal process with letters and packages.
• Responds promptly to resident and owner concerns.
