Central Island Square Apartments in Charleston, SC is seeking a Leasing Specialist to lease apartment homes and deliver exceptional customer service for a 313-unit community.

You will manage leads, convert them to tours, plan resident events, and collaborate with your team to keep operations running smoothly. Experience in leasing or social media marketing is a plus; must be able to work 2-3 Saturdays per month and have basic computer skills including Yardi. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or sales preferred.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Willing to work 2–3 Saturdays per month and maintain 40-hour weeks.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartment homes and convert leads to tours and residents.
• Create and conduct resident events regularly.
• Provide outstanding customer service to current residents.
• Follow up with prospects to secure tours and leases.
• Know product and articulate its value in the market.
• Collaborate with the team to keep operations running smoothly.
• Understand the needs of prospects and residents to provide best solutions.
