Job summary

Woodward Management Partners is seeking a Leasing Specialist to show and lease apartments, maintain occupancy, and deliver excellent resident service in Charleston, SC. You will conduct outreach marketing, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with the Community Director to implement marketing plans.

The role requires 1-3 years of customer service experience, a valid driver's license, basic computer skills (Word/Excel), and ability to work 2–3 weekends per month. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service experience required.
• Property management experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation required.
• Must be able to endure walking, bending, stair climbing and prolonged standing.
• General knowledge of computers and programs (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Ability to work 2–3 weekends a month.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Show and lease apartments to prospective residents to maintain occupancy.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve resident complaints.
• Execute a marketing plan and update social media accounts under the Community Director.
• Conduct outreach marketing visits.
• Work as part of a team to meet Woodward Management Partners’ service standards.
