Job summary

Woodward Management Partners in North Charleston, SC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to show and lease apartments, provide excellent customer service, and execute the marketing plan under the supervision of the Community Director.

The role requires 1–3 years of customer service experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to walk and climb stairs. Weekend availability is needed; benefits include 100% paid employee health care, PTO, a 401(k) plan, and employee discounts on apartments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Property management experience is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to walk, squat, bend, climb stairs, and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Show and lease apartments to prospective residents.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve complaints.
• Execute marketing plan and update social media accounts weekly.
• Collaborate with Community Director to maintain occupancy goals.
• Prepare renewal leases and collect deposits/payments.
• Maintain knowledge of community policies and market conditions.
