Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to market the community, nurture relationships with prospective residents, and provide exceptional customer service to enhance residents' experiences. The role includes handling tours, lease explanations, and move-in procedures.

You will also support marketing efforts and help maintain the property's appeal and operations, with a schedule Tuesday-Saturday, 9am-6pm. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and customer-facing orientation.
• Well organized with ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with property management software and Google Suite.
• Valid driver's license if operating a motorized vehicle (location-dependent).
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Proactively respond to sales leads and provide information on availability, pricing, location, and amenities.
• Invite and schedule tours and employ selling techniques to close deals.
• Support community marketing efforts and online presence.
• Explain lease provisions and community policies, ensure move-in activities and orientations.
• Ensure resident satisfaction through prompt communication and proactive issue resolution.
• Manage leasing documents, process payments, and complete move-in procedures.
