Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in California. You will market the community, follow up on leads, and deliver exceptional customer service to residents. You will explain lease terms, coordinate move-ins, and maintain a welcoming property.

A strong focus on relationship-building and closing leases is required. Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 9am–6pm. Candidate should have a high school diploma, strong communication, and knowledge of housing laws.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Experience with leasing or property management preferred.
• Knowledge of housing laws.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Respond to sales leads and promote the community.
• Schedule tours and close leases.
• Support marketing efforts and online presence.
• Explain lease provisions and move-in procedures.
• Ensure resident satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
• Manage leasing documents and payments.
