Job summary

PRAXM is seeking a motivated Leasing Specialist to drive occupancy and revenue at a stabilized multifamily community. You will engage prospects, conduct tours, and close leases while delivering a superior resident experience from first contact to move-in.

Ideal candidates have leasing or sales experience, strong communication skills, and a customer-service mindset. Proficiency in RealPage is preferred; weekend onsite availability is expected as part of a dynamic, performance-driven team.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented with a focus on closing and follow-through.
• Experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Drive leasing activity by engaging prospects, conducting tours, and closing leases.
• Follow up with prospects to convert leads into residents.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience from first contact through move-in.
• Maintain accurate records in property management systems (RealPage).
• Support marketing efforts, including online reputation and lead generation.
• Assist with resident communication and retention efforts.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies.
• Contribute to a team-oriented, performance-driven environment.
