Job summary

PRAXM is seeking a motivated Leasing Specialist to drive occupancy at a stabilized multifamily community. You will engage prospects, conduct tours, close leases, and deliver an exceptional resident experience while maintaining records in RealPage.

This onsite role offers an hourly wage with uncapped commission based on leasing performance, plus a strong emphasis on customer service and accurate documentation within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented with a focus on closing and follow-through.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing (or willingness to learn).
• Experience with RealPage or similar systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive leasing activity by engaging prospects, conducting tours, and closing leases.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to convert leads into residents.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through move-in.
• Maintain accurate records in property management systems (RealPage).
• Support marketing efforts, including online reputation and lead generation.
• Assist with resident communication and retention efforts.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies.
• Contribute to a team-oriented, performance-driven environment.
