Greystar Tradition at Stonewater in Cary, NC is seeking a part-time Leasing Consultant to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals. You will conduct tours, screen applications, prepare leases, and support resident satisfaction through move-in and renewal processes.

Proficiency with OneSite or Yardi is a plus and weekend rotation may be required. This role emphasizes customer service, reliability, and collaboration with maintenance and leasing teams

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Experience in residential leasing and property management preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and lease documents.
• Screen credit and background checks, prepare move-in packages, and facilitate move-ins.
• Design and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to boost occupancy.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure leases and renewals.
• Coordinate with maintenance and leasing teams to ensure show units meet standards.
• Track availability and leasing activity using on-site software.
