Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• High-energy and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for customer service by consistently going above and beyond to ensure that Cardinal customers are satisfied.
• Warmly greet prospective clients and handle leasing calls; determine needs and preferences.
• Professionally present community and apartment homes; close the sale.
• Complete all lease applications and lease file paperwork.
• Maintain accurate lease file documentation and participate in lease file audits.
• Maintain cleanliness of the tour path for a positive first impression.
• Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude with residents, prospects, and vendors.
• Assist with planning community events and other projects.
• Participate in Cardinal U training as required.
