Qualifications

• Four (4) years’ experience in property management.
• Strong knowledge of leasing, marketing, construction, and resident relations.
• Proficient with property management software; Yardi preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work independently and remotely as needed.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professional, client-oriented attitude with residents, clients, and the public.
• Be an ambassador for customer service by consistently going above and beyond.
• Direct and coordinate the leasing process from first contact to move-in.
• Complete lease paperwork and ensure accurate records.
• Maintain tour path cleanliness and uphold Cardinal branding.
• Participate in monthly marketing planning and Cardinal trainings.
