Job summary

AION Management is seeking a proactive Leasing Associate at our New Jersey property. You will conduct leasing activities, show apartments, respond to inquiries, coordinate move-ins, and drive occupancy while delivering outstanding customer service to residents and prospects.

You will develop on-site marketing, manage renewals, support the property team with reporting in Real Page/OneSite, ensure curb appeal, and uphold Fair Housing guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• Real estate license within 120 days of hire (PA/NJ).
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to walk apartments and grounds, including stairs.
• Occasionally lift 20 pounds or less.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all leasing activities at the property, respond to inquiries, provide tours, coordinate move-ins.
• Develop on-site marketing strategies and referral programs.
• Manage renewals, notices to vacate, and data entry in Real Page/OneSite.
• Ensure curb appeal and maintain leasing office standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
