Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written.
• Experience in leasing or sales environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and leasing compliance.

Responsibilities

• Leads leasing activities at the property, responds to inquiries, provides tours of apartments and amenities, and coordinates move-ins.
• Develops on-site marketing strategies and programs to increase traffic and closings.
• Develops referral programs for move-in packets, newsletters, and resident retention.
• Conducts sales outreach including new development, community management, and inter-site communication.
• Attends weekly marketing meetings and maintains property appearance and curb appeal.
• Ensures service requests are completed within 24 hours and leasing office standards are met.
