Job summary

AION is seeking a Leasing Associate to maximize occupancy at our New Jersey property. You will conduct tours, respond to inquiries, coordinate move-ins, and promote resident retention while delivering exceptional customer service.

Under the direction of the Property Manager, you will implement on-site marketing, develop referral programs, plan events, and maintain property standards. The role requires weekend availability, a NJ/PA real estate license within 120 days, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
Must obtain real estate license in Pennsylvania or New Jersey within 120 days of hire.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Must be able to walk apartments and grounds, including steps and climbing stairs.
Occasionally required to lift 20 pounds or less.
Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Conduct leasing activities: respond to inquiries, provide tours, follow up with prospects, coordinate move-ins.
Develop and monitor on-site marketing and referral programs.
Plan and support resident retention initiatives and events.
Maintain leasing office standards and data entry for prospects and residents.
