Job summary

AOG Living is seeking a Leasing Associate to market, lease, and maintain positive resident relations for a multi-family property. You will greet prospects, tour units, and qualify tenants while coordinating with the management team to meet occupancy goals.

The role requires strong customer service skills, sales ability, and familiarity with property management software such as ResMan. On-site marketing and affordable lead generation are part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment leasing or a customer service-related industry.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively to complete documents and lease agreements.
• Demonstrate sales skills: generating leads, presenting, qualifying prospects, closing.
• Math skills at high school level to calculate prorated rents and deposits.
• Proficiency with ResMan and Microsoft Office for reports and flyers.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, tour property and amenities.
• Market the property and design plans to drive traffic.
• Track apartment availability using on-site software.
• Ensure applications and leases are completed per policy.
• Assist with move-in, renewal, or move-out processes per policy.
• Record all traffic and marketing efforts; run market surveys.
• Distribute newsletters, flyers, and resident notices.
