Job summary

Pointe at Northern Woods is seeking a Leasing Associate to maximize occupancy by directing leasing activities, tours, and move-ins while maintaining exceptional customer service.

You will implement on-site marketing strategies, develop referral programs, and coordinate communications with prospects, residents, and the community. Strong English communication and Fair Housing knowledge are desirable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• Valid driver's license may be required for site access.
• Experience in leasing or customer service is preferred.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and leasing compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all leasing activities at the property, responding to inquiries, providing tours, following up with prospects, and coordinating move-ins.
• Recommend marketing strategies and programs for on-site activity and traffic.
• Develop and monitor referral programs for move-ins, newsletters, and retention.
• Initiate sales outreach including development, community management, and internal/external communication.
• Attend weekly marketing meetings and maintain high shop scores.
