Job summary

AION Management LLC in North Wales, PA is seeking a Leasing Associate to maximize occupancy by generating qualified traffic, conducting tours, processing applications, coordinating move-ins, and delivering outstanding resident service.

You will implement on-site marketing, maintain lease files, ensure Fair Housing compliance, and support property management while providing excellent customer service and upkeep of curb appeal.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and leasing compliance.
• Experience with RealPage is preferred.
• Must be able to walk apartments and grounds, including stairs.
• Available to work weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Conduct leasing activities, respond to inquiries, provide tours, and coordinate move-ins.
• Develop on-site marketing strategies and referral programs.
• Maintain property curb appeal and presentation.
• Ensure service requests are addressed within 24 hours.
• Maintain all leasing office standards and records.
