AOG Living is seeking a Leasing Associate to market, lease, and maintain positive resident relations at a multi-family property. The role emphasizes achieving high occupancy and retention through professional service and effective marketing.

The Leasing Associate will report to the Community Manager or Regional Property Supervisor and will perform the full cycle of leasing activities, from lead generation to move-out, ensuring brand standards and Fair Housing compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment leasing or sales.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively with residents and prospects.
• Demonstrate sales skills: generate leads, present, qualify, and close.
• Math skills to calculate prorated rents, deposits, etc.
• Proficient with property management software and MS Office.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws.

Responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities: greet prospects, tour property and amenities.
• Maintain marketing standards and communicate upkeep needs to management and maintenance.
• Record all inquiries and traffic according to policy.
• Process applications, leases, move-ins, renewals and move-outs per policy.
• Use on-site software to track apartment availability and market trends.
• Design and execute marketing plans to drive traffic to the property.
