Harbor Group Management is seeking a Leasing Specialist in San Antonio, TX to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction across a multi-family community. You will show and lease apartments, coordinate marketing, and support the Property Manager to ensure strong financial performance.

Responsibilities include processing applications, executing leases, marketing the property, and maintaining accurate records in Yardi/OneSite while delivering excellent customer service to residents and prospects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year leasing/sales or customer service experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Social media experience preferred (Facebook/Instagram).
• Strong organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving ability; team player or independent.
• Customer-service oriented and professional with residents and vendors.
• Weekend availability may be required.
• Valid driver's license (for golf carts if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct tours, and showcase apartments and amenities.
• Qualify leads, process applications, run background/credit checks, and prepare leases.
• Ensure units are move-in ready; coordinate with maintenance.
• Execute lease agreements and onboarding documents.
• Design and implement local marketing plans to drive occupancy.
• Promote the community on Craigslist, Facebook, and email campaigns.
• Coordinate referrals/outreach and participate in local networking.
• Stay informed on market conditions, rents, and competition.
• Support resident retention with timely service and communications.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with lease renewals and renewal documentation.
• Maintain records in property management software (Yardi/OneSite).
• Keep guest cards updated; follow up on all leads.
• Assist with rent collection and delinquent accounts as needed.
• Keep leasing office and tour path presentable at all times.
