Ideal candidates have strong communication, organizational skills, and a customer-service mindset, with 1+ year in leasing or related fields. On-site availability, and a valid driver's license may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in leasing, sales, or customer service; property management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; property management software experience a must.
• Experience using social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct property tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Qualify leads, process applications, run background/credit checks, and prepare leases.
• Ensure units are move-in ready and coordinate with maintenance for outstanding items.
