You will qualify leads, process applications, run background/credit checks, and prepare lease documents while maintaining accurate records in Yardi or OneSite.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of leasing, sales, or customer service experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; property management software experience required.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet and tour prospective residents and showcase apartments.
• Qualify leads, process rental applications, and run background/credit checks.
• Prepare lease documents and execute move-in packages.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives to generate traffic and maintain occupancy.
• Promote the community via digital platforms and social media.
• Assist with rent collection and delinquent accounts as needed.
• Maintain records in property management software and ensure show-ready leasing office.
