Responsibilities

• Guide prospective residents through the leasing process and conduct tours.
• Prepare and explain lease documents accurately.
• Assist with applicant screening and ensure compliance with affordable housing programs.
• Support daily operations with the Property Manager.
• Maintain leasing and traffic data while implementing sales and marketing strategies.
• Engage with residents and coordinate community events.
• Participate in company training programs for property management.
