Harbor Group Management is seeking a Leasing Specialist to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction at a multifamily community. You will show and lease apartments, qualify leads, process applications, and coordinate marketing efforts to ensure strong financial performance.

You will support the Property Manager in daily operations, maintain updated occupancy records in Yardi/OneSite, and help with rent collection and renewals as needed.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Experience using social media is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet prospects, conduct property tours, and showcase apartments.
• Process rental applications, run background/credit checks, and prepare leases.
• Ensure units are move-in ready and coordinate with maintenance.
• Execute lease agreements and move-in packages for a smooth onboarding.
• Design and implement marketing plans to drive traffic and occupancy.
• Promote the community via digital platforms and email campaigns.
• Coordinate referral programs and local networking efforts.
• Maintain knowledge of market conditions and rental rates.
