Greystar is seeking a Leasing Coordinator in San Antonio to drive leasing, marketing, and renewal activity for the community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure smooth move‑ins with the maintenance team.

The role emphasizes market awareness, program adherence, and effective follow‑ups with residents and renewals. Proficiency with OneSite/Yardi is a plus; the position is full‑time with standard business hours.

Qualifikationen

• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
• Incumbents must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Aufgaben

• Greets and qualifies prospects, conducts community tours and shows apartments, processes applications, and prepares leases.
• Screening of credit and background; ensures move‑in package is ready and coordinates with maintenance for move‑in readiness.
• Develops short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follows policies on concessions and programs.
• Designs marketing activities to drive traffic (Craigslist, Facebook, email, etc.) and implements referral and employer outreach programs.
• Uses on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track occupancy, traffic, and resident data.
• Ensures show units meet company standards; coordinates maintenance needs and prepares leasing office daily.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to secure lease renewals; prepares renewal letters and packages.
• Responds promptly to resident questions and documents requests for appropriate action.
