Job summary

Greystar is seeking a detail-oriented leasing professional to drive occupancy at The Colwick in Charlotte, NC. You will conduct tours, process applications, and manage lease signings, while coordinating with maintenance to ensure move-in readiness.

You will employ targeted marketing, digital tools, and referral programs to maximize traffic and renewals, with on-site software handling all leasing data and reporting.

Qualifications

• Hours include evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must have valid driver's license to operate golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals, greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, credit checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and ensure units are ready; coordinate with maintenance on issues.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic (Craigslist, Facebook, email, etc.) and execute referral and employer outreach programs.
• Use on-site software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability and leasing activities, manage data and demographics.
• Ensure show units meet company standards; coordinate showings and lease signing.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize renewals.
• Support lease renewal program by preparing renewal letters and packages and contacting renewing residents.
