The position requires leveraging on-site tools like OneSite or Yardi, coordinating with maintenance, and executing street-level and digital marketing tactics to maximize traffic and leases.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and marketing of rental properties.
• Ability to greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications.
• Familiarity with property management software (OneSite, Yardi)

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Show apartments, process applications, conduct background checks, and prepare leases.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic and referrals.
• Use property management software to track availability and leasing data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office.
• Follow up with prospects to finalize lease decisions.
• Support lease renewal program with renewal letters and packages.
• Respond to resident and owner concerns promptly.
