Job summary

Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies in Winston-Salem, NC. You will manage tours, process applications, and ensure a smooth move-in and lease signing.

Responsibilities include developing marketing plans, analyzing market conditions, and driving occupancy through resident referrals, employer outreach programs, and online marketing tools. Flexibility for evenings/weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must have either state/local licenses or certifications as required by jurisdiction.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications and screening.
• Prepare lease and move-in packages and ensure smooth resident move-in and lease signing.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate maintenance for any deficiencies.
• Develop and implement marketing plans and goals to sustain occupancy and respond to market conditions.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic (Craigslist, Facebook, email, etc.).
• Use on-site management software to track availability, traffic, leasing activities and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards through daily inspections and merchandising of models and amenities.
• Follow up with prospects and renew residents to encourage lease renewals.
• Support lease renewal process by preparing renewal letters and packages and contacting renewing residents.
• Respond promptly to resident or owner questions and document requests.
