Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Leasing Associate for the Alexan LoSo community. You will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals, including tours, applications, and smooth move-ins.

The role uses on-site software (OneSite, Yardi) and requires following policy on concessions. Schedule is Monday–Friday with rotating on-call; strong customer service and local market awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and sales to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to create and execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct tours, and show apartments to drive leasing.
• Process applications, perform credit checks and background checks, and prepare move-in packages.
• Follow policy on concessions and specials; support renewal programs.
• Maintain accurate data in OneSite/Yardi for availability and traffic.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure lease signings or renewals.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure move-in readiness and show-unit condition.
