Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Specialist for NoDa Wandry, Charlotte, NC. You will lead leasing and marketing efforts, greet prospects, show apartments, process applications, and secure renewals to meet occupancy targets.

You will use OneSite/Yardi for data tracking, coordinate with maintenance, and maintain high show-quality standards. This role requires flexible scheduling, including some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Greet and qualify prospective residents and conduct tours.
• Process applications, credit checks, and background verifications.
• Prepare lease and move-in documents and ensure smooth onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales and leasing activities to hit revenue and occupancy goals.
• Maintain show units to company standards and coordinate with maintenance.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to ensure satisfaction and retention.
