Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional at the City Office in Charlotte, NC. You will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to drive occupancy and revenue, while delivering excellent resident service from initial tour through renewal.

The role requires handling applications, credit checks, move-in coordination, and ongoing communication with residents. A valid driver’s license and flexible schedule (including evenings/weekends) are required, with benefits and compensation

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license to operate golf cart on property.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit screenings and background checks.
• Prepare leases and move-in packages and ensure smooth move-ins and lease signings.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate maintenance for move-in readiness.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
• Assist with lease renewal letters and packages and communicate with renewing residents.
