Job summary

Greystar seeks a leasing and marketing professional for Lantower Garrison Park in Charlotte, NC. You will coordinate leasing, renewals, and resident satisfaction to meet occupancy and revenue goals.

You will handle tours, applications, screenings, and move-in paperwork, using OneSite/Yardi, and implement marketing plans to drive traffic. This role requires strong customer service, organization, and ability to work a flexible schedule.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule and weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals, including greeting prospects, tours, applications, screenings, and lease signing.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and coordinates maintenance items to ensure move-in readiness.
• Develops and implements marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic to the community.
• Executes marketing activities using online platforms and employer referral programs to generate leads.
• Uses on-site property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability and tenant data.
• Prepares renewal letters and packages, and manages lease renewals on schedule.
• Responds to resident concerns promptly and communicates requests to the appropriate team.
